The first step in solving your anti-discovery error is basically visiting your control panel then locating Mails. As soon as you find it click it and a pop up will be seen. The pop up will contain the following elements: “Email Accounts”; this is basically meant for setting up email accounts and directories. The “Data Files”; will also be in this pop-up but this is for changing settings for outlook files that are used to store email messages and documents. Then there is the “Show Profile”; this is where you will go ahead and click it. It will help you set up multiple profiles regarding email accounts and data files.
The second step is clicking on “Show Profiles”. A number of profiles used in your computer will be seen. From here you will select the first option which is “Prompt for a profile to be used”. Then proceed and click okay.

Step three is basically developed from step two where you will have clicked okay. After clicking “OK”, you will be prompted to input your name, email address and password for the Office 365 Support account you are trying to connect or initiate rediscovery. From here click “Next” and this will take you to the next step.

If you do not want to create a profile at all, click Cancel” This will call for you to click okay. This will make your profile visible and you will soon be connected again.
